Create a new Quicken File

If you’ve followed the above step and couldn’t repair your corrupted or damaged Quicken file. Then try to create a new Quicken File.

  1. Launch Quicken and navigate to the “File”> “New Quicken File.”
  2. Head to the next window and select “New Quicken File,” and click on OK.
  3. Enter a name and “Quicken ID & Password” to create a new file.
  4. You’ll get a 6-digit code on your registered number to verify your Quicken account.
  5. Enter the code you’ve received on your number and click on Next. Quicken will also ask you to sync your mobile. Choose what you want to.
  6. Click on “Next,” then select “Add Account” and choose the “Account type.”
