- Right-click on the EntitlementDataStore.ecml file and hit the delete option.

Once the process has finished, restart your computer and launch Quickbooks desktop. If the 331 Error hasn’t been resolved even now, then it is not due to any installation issues.
How to manually fix Quickbooks Error 3371?
You can also try fixing Error 3371 manually. To do so, you will have to go through the process given below:
- First, recreate the Quickbooks Entitlement File by following the steps shown earlier in this article. This will resolve any license and registration glitches.
- Fix the Microsoft.NET Framework, C++ pitfalls, and MSXML with the help of the install diagnostic tool.
- Clean install Quickbooks Desktop.
- Now you will have to run the ‘reboot.file’.

Save file before importing (Quickbooks Enterprise)
