Run QuickBooks Database server manager

- Open the QuickBooks Tool Hub and head to the Network Issues tab.
- Now, click on the QuickBooks Database Server Manager.
Now, scan your company file location
- Navigate to the Scan Folder tab.
- Now, click on Browse and choose the folder your company files store (.QBW).
- After that, click on OK > Start Scan.
Rename QBuser.ini file
QB.ini is a file that’s responsible for storing the initialization information. If the QB.ini gets damaged or corrupted, it can enhance the chances of such issues on your system. Well, this can be resolved by renaming the QB.ini file. To do so, follow the steps mentioned below;
- Head to the directory folder
- of QuickBooks, e.g., C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks[Version].
- Locate the (.ini) extension files from the folder.
- Now, rename the File from Qbw.ini to Qbw.ini.old, add the .old extension to all .ini files and save them.
- Renaming the .ini file will remove all the rundown records; therefore, you should first open the company file before changing the file name.
- Rename the DataStore.ecml file and reboot the device.

Revise adobe preferences

- Enter the licence and product number and then click Next
